Data Subject Requests

If you would like to make a Data Subject Access Request, you can email dataprotection@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk

You can also request your data via letter or in person, but it would be helpful to send an email if possible.

  • Please provide as much detail as possible to help us find the information you require. 
  • We may need to ask for proof of identity to ensure we only release data to the correct person.
  • We will respond to your data subject access request within one calendar month. Exemptions may apply.

You also have the right to access, amend or delete your data. We can only delete data if we no longer have a valid reason to retain it. We cannot delete it if it is required for legal reasons, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or to provide services.
