Council Arrangements - May Day Bank Holiday

Council Offices are closed for the May Day Bank Holiday on Monday 5 May 2025.

Household Recycling Centres will be closed Monday 5 May 2025. Household bin collections will take place one day later than your normal collection day.  Please see Bins and recycling - Ards and North Down Borough Council for details.

Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex, Comber Leisure Centre, Portaferry Sports Centre and Londonderry Park will be closed.

Please visit www.northdownleisure.com/ for opening hours for Bangor Aurora Aquatics and Leisure Complex, and Queens Leisure Complex.

North Down Museum and Ards Arts Centre will be closed as per usual hours.

Coffee Cure at the Museum will be open 9am - 4pm.
