Council Grants Information Sessions to be held in Newtownards

Ards and North Down Borough Council will host two Grants Information Sessions at Queen's Hall, Newtownards, on Thursday 20 February, to provide information about the types of grants and support available across many of the Council's service areas.
Two sessions will be held on 20 February, with the first being hosted between 12noon and 2pm while the second will be held from 5pm until 7pm. They offer the opportunity to meet council officers and discuss the numerous grants and support available to community groups, event organisers, businesses, charities and more, including details on how to apply and what is required for an application to be completed successfully.
The Mayor of Ards and North Down, Councillor Alistair Cathcart, said:
"Ards and North Down Borough Council offers a variety of grants and support across its service areas. The Grants Information Sessions will highlight many of the grants available and council officers will be on site to answer questions that potential grant applicants may have.
