Resident Satisfaction Survey

Council has committed to undertaking a formal and independent survey of residents every two years to gain an insight into:

• how the Council is perceived by the community it serves
• satisfaction with the local area
• satisfaction with key council services
• how informed residents feel
• and their perception of the value for money the Council provides.

The information gathered is shared across all service areas and used to inform a number of performance improvement measures including our annual service plans, performance improvement plan and financial statements.
