Resident Satisfaction Survey
Council has committed to undertaking a formal and independent survey of residents every two years to gain an insight into:
- how the Council is perceived by the community it serves
- satisfaction with the local area
- satisfaction with key council services
- how informed residents feel
- and their perception of the value for money the Council provides.
The information gathered is shared across all service areas and used to inform a number of performance improvement measures including our annual service plans, performance improvement plan and financial statements.
