Making a Request
To make a request, write to: foi@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk
What happens when I make a request?
When we receive your request for information, we will first of all ensure that the information is not already routinely published by the Council, in which case we will simply forward you the information.
If the information you request is not routinely made available, then we will ascertain if we hold that information and if we do, we will forward it to you within 20 working days of receiving your request, providing no exemptions or exceptions apply.
If we feel that we need additional information from you to be able to deal with your request, we will contact you for further details. This may lengthen the response time.
We believe that, where possible, information should be available to you at no cost. If a charge is applicable, we will contact you to ensure that you are willing to pay the fee.
There is no charge to make a request.
