Monitoring the Big Plan
Ards and North Down's Strategic Community Planning Partnership are collectively responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Big Plan.
In accordance with legislation and guidance, as set out by the Department for Communities, a Statement of Progress must be published every two years, focusing on the outcomes of the Big Plan. The first statement of progress was published in November 2019, the second in November 2021 and the 3rd Statement of progress in November 2023.
The third statement of progress was written following a review of the Big Plan and the publication (March 2022) of the Big Plan Part II | Our Big Priorities. The third Statement of Progress highlights some of the key activities that have taken place over the past two years.
